Everything changes. Nothing lasts forever.
Even though we know this, we still tend to resist change and struggle with uncertainty. With the exhausting pace of daily life and constant flux all around us, feelings of anxiety and overwhelm can become our default.
By taking Buddha's wisdom of impermanence deeply into our hearts we can learn how to be at peace with the unknown and keep things in perspective. With such a flexible mind, we can live lightly and wisely with our predictably unpredictable life.
