Meaningful topics such as patience, kindness and generosity along with emotional management tools are presented in a light-hearted and fun way making them accessible to kids. Classes include short guided meditations, inspiring stories, and a craft activity.

Class Details

Classes are held every Sunday 10:30-12 across the street from our location at the Adams Ave Rec Center, 3491 Adams Ave, San Diego, CA 92116. Parents can stay with their kids or head over to our meditation center to attend our adult meditation class.

Brooke Ray

Brooke has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism since 2010. Her heartfelt teachings are presented with great warmth, making them accessible to even the youngest students.

 

 

Stephanie Gatschet

Stephanie is known for her clarity and insight. She provides practical teachings that can easily be put into practice. She has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso since 2010.
