The basics of Buddhist meditation are not difficult to learn. With the support of a spiritual community and the opportunity to experience the teachings in action, children can learn to practice patience, loving-kindness, contentment, and peace.
In these classes parents and kids learn practical tools to use in life and as a family. Classes include short guided meditations, inspiring stories, discussions on how to put Buddha’s teachings into practice, and a fun activity to help remember the teaching.
