To participate in this retreat you need to have received Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment of Heruka and Vajrayogini.
In this retreat we will absorb deep into our heart chakra and receive powerful blessings on our subtle body. Gen Lhadron will guide visualizations on the body mandala and other essential meditations of Vajrayogini practice.
Sadhana & Book
We will be using the sadhana Quick Path to Great Bliss and it's commentary, New Guide to Dakini Land.
About the Teacher
Led by Gen Lhadron, an American Buddhist nun and resident teacher at KMC San Diego. Gen Lhadron’s sincere teachings are presented with humor and practical examples that make them accessible to everyone. Through her kindness and enthusiasm for meditation practice, she provides an inspiring example of a modern Buddhist practitioner for our society. Gen Lhadron has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism since 2001.
