with Resident Teacher Gen Tsoglam

We often feel ourselves to be isolated individuals and experience loneliness. We yearn to feel a sense of connection with others, but our digital lives intensify these feelings.

According to Buddha, the perception of ourself as separate from others is an illusion. In truth, we are all naturally and profoundly interconnected. By learning to understand and feel this connection we can reduce our feelings of isolation and separation, and allow authentic love for others to arise.
