Perfect both for newcomers and more experienced, we will explore the relationship between meditation, happiness and a deeper sense of purpose in our lives. Buddhist meditation teaches how to access and maintain inner joy, even when experiencing difficulties.
What to Expect at a Session
We provide both cushions and chairs to sit on. Dress comfortably. A session provides effective methods to overcome stress, including guided meditations and other practical techniques and advice to use in daily life. After class, stay to chat with the teacher and other students.
About the Teacher
Gregg Lane has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 25 years. He shows an inspiring example of a modern Buddhist practitioner, applying meditative insights in his professional & family life. His heartfelt & practical teachings are presented with warmth and humor, making them accessible to everyone.
