Anger is one of the most destructive and painful states of mind. When it arises, it robs us of our peace, poisons our relationships, and compels us act in ways that take us away from positive outcomes.

If we examine our lives honestly, we will see that many of our problems are made worse, or even created, by anger. This morning meditation retreat is not just about coping with anger, but about gaining victory over it, thereby freeing our self to find the best solutions to problems in our life and in our world. By following the path of compassion and wisdom we can solve our problems permanently.
