This empowerment is a sublime guided meditation through which we receive special blessings of Buddha Tara, sometimes referred to as Arya Tara, the swift one, the heroine. Through these blessings, we increase our capacity for spiritual transformation and become empowered to nurture our own Buddha nature — the seed of enlightenment within our mind.

The event is suitable for anyone wanting to draw closer to Buddha and develop their spiritual potential for unlimited peace, compassion and wisdom, and become of more benefit to others.

About the Teacher

Gen Kelsang Tsoglam, Resident Teacher Gen Tsoglam has been practicing and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years. Her teachings are heartfelt, practical, and infused with warmth and humor, making Dharma deeply accessible and inspiring.
