Let’s be clear, thinking is necessary. We need to think, reflect, understand, make decisions and so on. Sometimes however, our thoughts become circular, negative, stuck, or unclear. We may have a tendency to overthink and find it difficult to ‘switch off’—which can be exhausting and unproductive.
There is so much uncertainty in life, how can we be confident in our decisions and content to let things become clear in their own time? In this course we will explore some spiritual principles that we can rely on to make good decisions and some meditations that will allow our mind to stay calm and productive in the midst of uncertainty.
