Have you ever wondered why some people seem to remain calm in the face of disaster while others appear to come undone? Even in the face of events that seem utterly unimaginable, resilience allows people to find the strength to not just survive but to prosper. In Buddha's teachings we have the tools to become resilient, creative and constructive in every situation.

So, bring your biggest problem and let's transform it into something of real value. In this weekend course we will explore different levels of transforming adversity depending on what we want to accomplish. What do you really want... A happy life? a meaningful life? profound inner freedom? the ability to use the power of our mind to change reality? Every problem we experience can be a doorway to accomplishing these life goals. Suffering on it's own has no real meaning, but if we apply spiritual teachings we walk through the doorway of transformation. You do not need to be Buddhist to take part!
