We have many good conditions when it comes to food, shelter & clothing, but our mood can still be plagued with negative thoughts and emotions. Worry, frustration, sadness, etc can keep us from enjoying our life and the good things we have. In this Saturday morning retreat, we will learn techniques from the Buddhist tradition to protect our mind. Because, ultimately, it is our mind that determines whether we are happy or miserable.

So, do yourself a favor and enjoy an inspiring talk from Gen Lhadron and meditations that lift the spirit and protect the mind. Everyone welcome!
