We often find ourselves holding onto feelings of being harmed or insulted by others. Additionally, we may be hold onto mistakes we’ve made in the past. Relationships are too precious and life is too short to carry resentment and regret.
Within the peace of forgiveness, we can enjoy more lightness and harmony within ourself and our relationships. In this retreat, we will explore practical methods to let go of painful feelings and experience a deep, inner peace.
Suitable for all levels of experience. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
This mini meditation retreat is led by Kadampa teachers Lauri Stock and Gregg Lane, both of whose compassion and wisdom touches the hearts of everyone.
