Meditation is an effective method for improving both our mind and our physical health. Through meditation our mind becomes comfortable and flexible, no matter how difficult our life is. And as the quality of our mind improves, we are better poised to improve our physical health — everything from reducing chronic pain, to increasing energy levels, and even boosting immunity has been correlated with having a balanced, peaceful mind.

In this series we will explore ways to create a happy mind and healthy body by using the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings. Don’t miss this thought provoking series.
