We can all have trouble letting go of the memory of painful events in our past and this can affect the way we respond to our present life & relationships. We can remain stuck in a state of frustration, anger and hurt, which can prevent us from fully enjoying our life.

Gen Lhadron will give teachings on impermanence, how we are a new person every moment, and can free our self from being stuck in old feelings. In this way we can learn to let go of the past and move forward to the peaceful, joyful and fulfilling future we would want. The workshop includes talks and guided meditations.

What to Expect
Now you can take part in the comfort of your own home because we are livestreaming classes! Workshops such as these are generally made up of 2-3 sessions with short breaks in between.
