It can be used in many ways to help us, protect us, gain concentration and help us change our mind from negative to positive. It can be used in a simple way and in a profound way. During this mini-course you can discover the power of mantra and how you can use it to help calm your mind in times of crisis and also to go deeper and connect with enlightened power. This retreat is led by Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher at KMC Bloomington.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone can benefit from these timeless teachings that are practical and modern!

About the Teacher
As a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Kelsang Chokyi has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 16 years and is an ordained Buddhist nun. She served as Resident Teacher for Serlingpa Meditation Center in New Bedford, MA, Kadampa Meditation Center San Diego and Atisha Kadampa Buddhist Center in Providence, RI. With joy, wisdom, and experience, she shows how everyone can easily integrate Buddha’s teachings into daily life.
