Freedom to Control How we Feel
Meditation Workshop
Saturday, May 9,  10-1pm

Livestream, $25/person
Everyone welcome!

Sometimes it seems as if we are defined by our moods, feelings and circumstances. If something puts us in a bad mood or just wake up on the wrong side of the bed, we behave in a particular way. But if we are in a good mood, we are a very different person and behave quite differently. It can be difficult to control our feelings and moods and change them from negative to positive. Through meditation, however, we can learn to do this. We can create positive feelings and attitudes and be the person we want to be.
