Learning to control our angry feelings whether it be from frustration to resentment is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourself and others.

In this brief retreat we will explore how to skillfully face and transform the experience of anger into something more constructive and meaningful. Through using meditation and Buddhist psychology we can experience the mental control and comfort that we are looking for.

About the Teacher
