Discussing Buddhist philosophy is intellectually stimulating and has many benefits, but sometimes we simply need practical solutions that can be applied in the moment during difficult situations. We all want to be able to skillfully navigate emotional conversations, avoid unintentionally harming others, and solve the problems that arise throughout our day. So how can dharma help us?

Join us for an evening of meaningful conversation about specific, practical methods that can be used in real time to reduce our problems and help us better control our mind. Light refreshments will be provided.

Free. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome!

Join us for meaningful conversation and refreshments. There will be contemplative questions to stimulate interesting discussions, such as:

-What is something that could happen in your life that would make you more serious about spiritual practice?

-Do you believe that all your life experiences are valuable?

-What does it mean to be attached to a wish?

-Is there anyone in your life you feel a karmic connection with that goes beyond this life?
