The meditation workshop will be held outside at the top of Presidio Park off of Cosoy Way by the bathrooms (yellow X on the map). Street parking is allowed on Cosoy Way (note: this is a one-way street, enter from the south by the #4 on the map below).


What to Expect at a Session
You can take part in the comfort of your own home via Zoom or come to our workshop IN REAL LIFE at Presidio Park. If coming to the park, bring whatever you would like to sit on, chair, cushion, blanket, and of course, a mask.

About the Teacher
Kadam Angie Kane is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism since 1999. Kadam Angie is a powerful and inspiring teacher who is well-loved for her compassion, wisdom, and clear, practical teachings.
