Alternative New Year’s Eve Celebration
Start the New Year in a way you intend to continue it—with a peaceful, positive mind and a loving heart. Relax as you are guided in the practice of Avalokiteshvara (the Buddha of Compassion), a beautiful arrangement of prayer and mantra recitation.
Everyone will have an opportunity to light a candle while setting a positive intention for the new year. Together, we will dedicate our peaceful minds and positive energy to the welfare of all.
During the evening, we will celebrate with delicious vegetarian hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic refreshments, desserts, and nice people.
Everyone is welcome so bring your family and friends to enjoy this magical evening together!
