Monday Retreat Day
Each Monday we will engage in 4 sessions focusing on one of the Preliminary Guides. The sessions include chanted prayers, meditation and mantra recitation as a powerful method to accumulate merit, purify negative karma and receive blessings from enlightened beings.

Session Times:
8-9:15 am

First Mondays- Refuge
Second Mondays- Vajrasattva purification practice
Third Mondays- Mandala Offerings
Fourth Mondays- Guru Yoga/ Blessings

About the Teacher
Gen Kelsang Lhadron is an American Buddhist nun who has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 15 years and is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center San Diego. Gen Lhadron’s sincere teachings are presented with humor and practical examples that make them accessible to everyone. Through her kindness and enthusiasm for meditation practice, she provides an inspiring example of a modern Buddhist practitioner for our society.
