Accepting people as they are is the foundation for healthy relationships. Many of the frustration in relationships come from false assumptions and expectations. Often we are relating to our own projections, influenced by anger and attachment, and not to the person as they really are.
In this half day course, Gen Lhadron will share some insights from Buddhist perspective that help us clear the deck of our mind, so that we can experience the peace of acceptance. From there we can build a love that is not painful and doesn't turn to anger.
