2025 Good Karma BBQ Fundraiser @ Mission Bay Park
Saturday, June 28 | 4PM - 7PM
Mark your calendars and gather your loved ones for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, family-friendly fun, and delicious food, all while contributing to the continued flourishing of our beloved dharma center. Bring an empty stomach to enjoy grilled veggie burgers, tasty side dishes and homemade desserts. We'll have a variety of lawn games to keep everyone entertained, including wiffleball, cornhole, and easy volleyball. Don't forget your lawn chair or picnic blanket. We can't wait to see you there!
Registration
$45 | Includes registration and a Good Karma t-shirt for one adult. T-shirts are available in adult unisex S-XL.
$30 | Includes registration for one adult with no t-shirt.
Plus, bring a friend for $20! Kids are always free.

Location: East Shore Mission Bay Park
We will gather on the grass by the parking lot just south of Clairemont Drive and the Mission Bay Beach Club on East Mission Bay Drive.
The large marker in the image shows the parking lot. Right off that parking lot is a second marker showing where we will be setting up....right next to the lot under the trees. Here is a Google Map pin to the parking lot. There is additional parking on the street. Avoid the Mission Bay Beach Club parking lot as it has only timed parking.

Our goal is to have 30 friends of KMC SD set up a fundraiser campaign on Facebook.
Interested? It takes less than five minutes to set up:
(1) Log in to Facebook
(2) From the menu tap/click Fundraisers OR search for Fundraisers in search bar
(3) Click Raise Money (computer) / Tap Create Fundraiser (mobile)
(4) Select Kadampa Meditation Center San Diego
(5) Fill in the information, goal, etc.
(6) Tap/click Create!
Participate in our raffle
$500 prize for one lucky winner. Raffle tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at the front desk. One ticket for $5 or five for $20. The winner will be selected at the BBQ on June 28. You do not need to be present to win.
