with Resident Teacher Gen Tsoglam

We sometimes set up an 'all or nothing' approach to things. We believe that if we're not able to do something perfectly we've failed, and our actions were meaningless. This painful mindset can lead to excessive self-criticism and discouragement.

By striving for perfection we create obstacles to performing daily tasks efficiently, and even block our spiritual progress. Join us as we learn how to let go of perfectionism and self-critical thought patterns, and instead, nourish positive attitudes of self-acceptance. Also, how to redirect our energies toward contentment and realistic expectations. Learn to be more gentle with yourself, and discover the confidence and strength to progress towards becoming the person you wish to be.
